First and foremost we are Christians : seeking to follow Jesus Christ together, in the power of the Holy Spirit, as revealed in the Bible.

 

Our church was founded in 1887, so we've been around a while!

Known locally as 'Holmesdale' (because of the corner where our building is situated), we're a very friendly church which reflects the cultural diversity of the local area, including people of all ages and backgrounds.

• Nationally we are members of the Baptist Union of Great Britain (BUGB)

• More locally we are members of the London Baptist Association (LBA) where we are in the East Surrey District

• In South Norwood we are partners in Christians Together In South Norwood (CTSN), and Croydon Churches Forum

• We are also members of the Evangelical Alliance (EA)
